Southeastern Web Services began in March of 2000. We were originally called Pine Bluff Trading Company. Pine Bluff Trading Company had two main divisions: One consisted of an online business comprised of auctions, online sales, and a "For Sale by Owner" feature on this site; The other division offers services for designing web pages and providing assistance in developing online marketing/advertising and auction strategies. The company developed a strong reputation in customer service earning Power Seller status on Ebay, with positive feedbacks from its' three marketing sites exceeding 2000 in just one year of business.

In March of 2002 we stopped taking consignments for online auctions and now concentrate solely on web page development and assisting customers with the marketing of their products and/or services.

Southeastern Web Services works in cooperation with Wild West Domains to offer excellent hosting options and solutions to all your web needs.

Since 2005 Southeastern Web Services has enjoyed an informal partnership with Bilbrey Business Services of Shell, WY. It is a cooperative effort between two longtime friends - Julie Korkow and Julie Bilbrey - who provide similar services to their clients and backup support to each other at times when one or the other may be too busy to tackle any given task.

A 1984 graduate of Powder River County High School in Broadus, Mont., Julie Bilbrey attended National Business College in Rapid City and Eastern Montana College in Billings. Bilbrey is serving a term as an AmeriCorps VISTA and works for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Wyoming. She also assists with the family ranch and trucking businesses, is a foster parent, a Juice Plus+ distributor, and has been actively involved in the Big Horn County Economic Development Council, Bighorn Basin GeoScience Center, 4-H, and serves on the board of the Greybull Area Chamber of Commerce as well as several school committees. She has provided office support services on a contract basis since 1992.

Sierra Cotton of Greybull, WY has recently been welcomed to team, as she also can handily serve as a backup web designer. A real estate professional by trade – and photographer by choice – Cotton brings another package of services to the table: custom photography and gallery quality prints up to 17 x 34, and matting and framing of photos and artwork. She brings on board creative new marketing services featuring keyword optimization, SEO (search engine optimization) services, and expanding photo and artistic services to areas of web design.

Cotton, a 1985 graduate of Sheridan High School, has lived near Greybull for seven years. She began her real estate career while living in San Diego, is a realtor with Hake Realty, and compounds the marketing expertise of these combined businesses.
